Ingredients:

2 cups MothaSauce
-
1 Tbsp olive oil (or butter)

2 small shallots
-
2 cloves garlic
-
8oz mushrooms of choice
-
¼ cup red wine
-
½ cup chicken stock (low sodium)
-
1 tsp tomato paste
-
1 Tbsp heavy cream
-
1 Tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil

Pepper, MSG, Potassium Chloride to season
Instructions:
Chop shallots, fine mince garlic, thinly slice mushrooms.
Heat oil or butter in medium sauce pan, add shallots, then garlic and sauté until translucent, add mushrooms and sauté until tender, ca. 8 minutes. Add pepper. Add red wine and reduce to roughly half the amount, about 3 minutes.
Add MothaSauce, stock & tomato paste (dried basil, if applicable) and simmer uncovered until reduced and thickened, 10 – 15 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and fresh basil. Season with salt & pepper.
Lazy Version:
