Ingredients:

4 cups MothaSauce
-
1 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1 small yellow onion
-
2 cloves garlic
-
1 cup / can beans of choice (I use rehydrated black beans and kidney beans)

1 small Poblano Pepper
-
1 small green bell pepper
-
Optional other peppers: red pepper, Jalapeño, Habanero, etc.

1 tsp whole cumin or ½ tsp ground cumin

1 tsp dried oregano
-
2 tsp paprika
-
1/8 tsp red chili flakes
-
½ cup chicken stock (low sodium)
-
1/8 tsp Potassium Chloride
-
¼ tsp MSG
-
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mince garlic, dice onion and peppers, rinse beans.
Sauté onion in garlic with oil over medium heat in large sauce pan, ca. 3 minutes. Add peppers, spices and herbs, let cook for a couple of minutes.
Add MothaSauce & stock, MSG & Potassium Chloride, let simmer about 10 minutes. Add beans, and let simmer another 5 to 10 minutes.
