Hungarican Goulash

Notes: Low Sodium, Heart Healthy
Ingredients:

2 cups MothaSauce
-
1 Tbsp vegetable oil (or butter)

1 small yellow onion
-
8 oz pack of Crimini or Champignon mushrooms

½ cup red wine
-
2 tsp whole caraway seeds

2 tsp paprika
-
¼ tsp MSG
-
Optional: a few drops liquid smoke and/or 1 Tbsp heavy cream or dollop of butter
Instructions:
Rough chop onion and mushrooms.
Heat medium sauce pan to medium heat and sauté onion until glossy, then mushrooms until tender, ca. 7 minutes. Add red wine and reduce to about half the liquid, ca. 3 minutes. Stir in caraway & paprika, add MothaSauce and MSG. Stir, let simmer for a few minutes.
Optional: Add a few drops liquid smoke, cream, and/or butter to finish.
