Sloppy Joes

Notes: Low Sodium, Heart Healthy
Ingredients:

2 cups MothaSauce
-
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 small yellow onion
-
1 medium carrot
-
1 celery stalk
-
2 cloves garlic
-
1 small green bell pepper
-
2 tsp brown sugar
-
2 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
-
1/8 tsp liquid smoke
-
¼ tsp MSG
-
Your choice of hot sauce or spicy chili. My preference:

½ tsp Ancho chili in Adobo
Instructions:
Small dice vegetables and sauté with oil in medium sauce pan over medium heat until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Add MothaSauce and all other ingredients. Reduce heat and let simmer, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Top with favorite trappings, or my Jícama Slaw.
